Hazari Prasad Foundation is a Charitable Trust run by Dr. Vishwanath Prasad H (Founder - Chairman, Rhythms Academy of Fine arts) in memory of his father late Sri K S Hazari Prasad, who was an ardent music lover and a musician himself with vast knowledge in Tabla. Foundation’s objective is to keep alive Sri K.S. Hazari Prasad’s memory and his services to the society.

This Trust was inaugurated by Governor of Karnataka Sri T.N. Chaturvedi & Bharat Ratna Pandit Bhimsen Joshi in 2004. Thousands of underprivileged and visually impaired students and artists have been benefitted through this trust since its inception.
